Be Impressed of Underground River

It was never been so hard to travel alone. It sounds funny, but 9 of my friends did not come. We were supposed to be 10 on this trip, but only I pushed through. Moving on, I still had fun though.

Puerto Princesa, Palawan has so much to offer when in terms of tourist spots and tours. The tourism is really exceptional and they are really good. The airport is easy to access from the main road. I even just walked from the airport to the hotel where I stayed.
There are many hotels or accommodations that you can easily choose that is really affordable just near at the airport. Most of the hotels are offering/partnered from any tour and travels, which will help you to be more convenient in roaming around the Puerto Princesa.
If you are into online booking for your hotel, you can check through Agoda or Travelbook. These are the websites that I mostly used every time I travel. Travelbook has discounts and lesser value than in walking-in. They also have payment option to pay at the hotel.
There are lots to do during your visit in Puerto Princesa. You can even DIY(Do it yourself) if you want to tour the city, but for me, I did pay 500 for the City tour that includes the Van and snacks for less hassle.
You will be fetched from your hotel and taken on a half day sightseeing of Puerto Princesa. This sightseeing tour aims to show you within a few hours the main landmarks of the Puerto Princesa city.
Puerto Princesa is the capital of Palawan province and serves as the main gateway to visitors that are on their way to visit Underground River, El Nido and San Vicente.
This tour will take you along a route passing the City Hall, the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, the Boulevard, the Eulalia Park and the Plaza Cuartel, a restored ruin of a Japanese military base built during the World War II.
The tour continues to Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center (formerly known as Crocodile Farm), where you can see the captivating reptiles, ranging from babies to full-grown giants.
Apart from crocodiles, the center takes care of other animals, some of them endemic to Palawan Island. After the Crocodile Farm, you will be taken to Mitra’s Ranch for a panoramic view of Puerto Princesa and Baker’s Hill where you can enjoy the beautiful garden landscape and taste local delicacies. Last stop will be at the Plaza Cuartel.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

It was a journey that very memorable even if you are all alone.
