Sample Budget Guide:

Island Environmental fee : 350php. You will pay upon arrival at Basco Airport.

Accommodation : 250-350php per night/person. I stayed in Frater's Homestay ( +63 920 125 2563 ) which is just walking distance from Basco Airport.

Food: Most of the hotels in Basco offer free breakfast so you can spend 200php for lunch and dinner. You can look some eatery just around the town.

Ride: 30-50php per way within the town. Other Municipalities may range from 100-300php. You can rent a bike for 50php/hour or motorcycle 500-1000php per day.

Transfers: Airport transfer depends on the Hotel that you booked. Its free from where I stayed.

Tours: 1000 php for North Batan.
1500 php for South Batan.
2000 php Sabtang Island. Included the port transfer.
**North and South Batan is for 2 or 3 pax, so you can divide the cost. But if you are alone, you still need to pay for the rate. It is the standard rate.

**You can also book to some travel and tours for package rates. One of the cheapest so far is Bisumi Travel and Tours and Safe Travel Philippines.

So some is just same price from Manila but some is higher.

It is highly recommended to book accommodation as early as 1 month so it wouldn't be a hassle.

Walk-in is fine but just be brave enough to search on the spot.

Its fine if you only book your tours if you are already in the hotel, that is if you are not in hurry and you have enough days for your visit.

So if you are good in budgeting, 7,000 php is enough for your 3 nights vacation in Batanes. 

Take note: There are only 2 ATM machines in Basco, Batanes. PNB and Landbank and they are both just within the town.
